Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.

  • During major sales or promotions, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

Domestic Shipping (US):

  • Shipped via UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after processing.

  • PO Boxes ship via USPS only. Overnight options to PO Boxes take up to 2 business days.

  • Orders shipped on Friday arrive the following Monday (not Saturday).

International Shipping:

  • Delivery typically takes up to 10 business days via UPS.

  • Customers are responsible for tariffs or customs fees in their country.

  • Shipping method and costs may vary; all fees must be paid at checkout.


Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to PrettyFyne Hair, it is usually due to:

  • Incorrect or missing address information

  • Misspelled street or recipient name

  • Carrier unable to deliver safely after at least one attempt

  • Addressee moved or refused the package


Restocking & Reordering

  • Returned-to-sender packages are restocked, and store credit will be issued via E-Gift Card, minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

  • You can use your E-Gift Card to place a new order.

  • Items may not be guaranteed in stock, and prices may vary at reorder.


Important Address Note

  • Double-check your address before submitting your order. Include apartment/suite numbers, correct abbreviations, and route info.

  • PrettyFyne Hair is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
