Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to PrettyFyne Hair, it is usually due to:

Incorrect or missing address information

Misspelled street or recipient name

Carrier unable to deliver safely after at least one attempt

Addressee moved or refused the package
Restocking & Reordering

Returned-to-sender packages are restocked, and store credit will be issued via E-Gift Card, minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

You can use your E-Gift Card to place a new order.
