All orders are shipped from our Maryland facility, either via UPS with direct signature or to PO BOXES via USPS. Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date.
Please note: During major holidays, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days.
This does not apply to wigs.
The number of bundles needed generally depends on the lengths purchased and desired volume:
- 12"-14": 2 or more bundles required
- 16"-18": 3 or more bundles required
- 20"-24": 4 or more bundles required
- 26" and longer: 5-6 bundles or more required
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and with tags intact
- Final sale items and lace products (full lace wigs, hair extensions, closures, frontals) cannot be returned
- Customers pay for return shipping
- Approved returns receive store credit via an E-Gift Card to Your Account
