SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES:
Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date. Orders may take up to 7 business days during major sales and promotions.
All orders within the US are shipped via UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It typically takes 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame. Packages shipped to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS only. Overnight options to a PO Box take up to 2 business days for delivery. Overnight shipments that depart from our facility on a Friday will arrive the following Monday (not Saturday). Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.
International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via UPS. Please note that international shipping costs on this website do not cover tariffs or additional charges imposed by your home country. Please consider this before submitting your order. PrettyFyne Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable option. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
UNDELIVERABLE, LOST, OR RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:
If your package does not successfully deliver and is returned to PrettyFyne Hair, it is typically due to insufficient or incorrect address information. Your package will be returned, and “Returned to Sender” will appear on your tracking information. This may occur in the following situations:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled by the customer
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e., apartment/building/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package after at least one attempt
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
RESTOCKING POLICY FOR RETURN TO SENDER ITEMS:
Returned-to-sender packages will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, minus the initial shipping charge and a flat 10% restocking fee. You can view and use your E-Gift Card in your customer account here: https://account.prettyfynehair.com.
REORDERING AFTER A RETURN TO SENDER EVENT:
We are unable to replace or reship packages marked as "Returned to Sender" as our Returns Department processes all returned shipments. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card provided to place a new order with the corrected address. However, please note that:
- We do not guarantee that your items will still be in stock at the time of reordering.
- Prices may vary from your original order at the time of reorder.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON ADDRESS ACCURACY:
We are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring successful delivery.
PrettyFyne Hair is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided was incorrect. All returns and return-to-sender shipments will incur a flat 10% restocking fee.
