ORDER PROCESSING
Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date. Orders may take up to 7 business days during major sales and promotions.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after submission. This includes product changes, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH DELAYED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
PrettyFyne Hair is not responsible for any fees related to hair appointment cancellations due to delayed or incorrect orders. We recommend receiving and confirming all items purchased before scheduling any hair appointments. PrettyFyne Hair is also not responsible for the installation of products purchased on our website. All returns and return-to-sender shipments will incur a flat restocking fee of 10%.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At PrettyFyne Hair, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, and all returned items will incur a flat 10% restocking fee. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Return Conditions: To initiate a return, customers can now access their account and manage return requests using our self-serve return portal. The product must be in its original, resellable condition, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. The original tag must remain intact. Final sale items, including clearance items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a traceable postal carrier with a signature required to ensure your return is received. PrettyFyne Hair is not responsible for lost items during transit.
Refund Method: Once your return is received and confirmed to be in resellable condition, store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card, which can be viewed and spent by accessing your customer account here: https://account.prettyfynehair.com.
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Promotions: If your original purchase was made during a promotion, the promotion will not apply to the new order.
Final Sale & Lace Products: Due to the delicate nature of lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals), these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY

- Customers have the option to add shipping insurance for $29.99 to protect their purchase from loss or damage during transit.
- Shipping insurance claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping insurance fees are non-refundable. Customers are recommended to add insurance again for future orders if desired.
Customers are able to access their store credit via their account if they receive compensation through insurance claims.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards, Pay-Pal, Klarna and Shop Pay Installments. Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted on this website. Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place an order online. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
PrettyFyne Hair reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after order submission. Orders flagged as medium to high risk for fraud will be automatically canceled.
Orders placed online may not be picked up in stores.
All international orders must be paid using the PayPal checkout option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders within the US are shipped via UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame. Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only. Overnight shipments to a PO BOX take up to 2 business days for delivery. Overnight shipments departing from our facility on a Friday will arrive the following Monday (not Saturday). Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.
International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via UPS. International shipping costs on this website do not cover tariff charges by your home country. Please consider this before submitting an order. PrettyFyne Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT
We take great pride in our product, which is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to simple washing and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often be remedied by following the brand's recommended hair care regimen. However, if you feel you've received an unusual product, we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email (PrettyFyneHair.llc@gmail.com) within seven calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair voids any compensation opportunity if it applies.
If PrettyFyne Hair verifies and agrees that the product may be dissatisfactory, we will offer a fair resolution. If we do not validate the product defect issue, the item will be returned to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without replacing the product.
RETURN TO SENDER SHIPMENTS
All products sold on this website ship with a signature required; someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. After 1-3 attempts, our shipping carrier will return the package to our facilities at an additional cost. Return-to-sender packages may incur a flat restocking fee of 10%. Once your return is received, store credit will be issued and made available in your customer account, which can be accessed at: https://account.prettyfynehair.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PrettyFyne Hair does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products that are unavailable after purchase. PrettyFyne Hair will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, PrettyFyne Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement.
