Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. During sales, processing may take up to 7 days.

  • Domestic shipping is 2–3 business days via UPS. PO Boxes ship via USPS.

  • International orders take up to 10 business days; customers are responsible for tariffs/customs.

  • Once submitted, orders cannot be changed or canceled.


Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and with tags intact.

  • Final sale items and lace products (full lace wigs, hair extensions, closures, frontals) cannot be returned.

  • Customers pay for return shipping.

  • Approved returns receive store credit via an E-Gift Card: Your Account.


Shipping Insurance

  • Add insurance for $29.99 to protect against loss or damage.

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days.

  • Insurance fees are non-refundable.


Payment

  • Payment is 100% upfront via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or Shop Pay installments.

  • Prepaid or virtual cards not accepted.

  • If you receive a defective product, email PrettyFyne.llc@gmail.com within 7 days.

  • Products altered with heat, color, or cuts cannot be compensated.


Return-to-Sender

  • Packages require a signature.

  • Returns from failed deliveries incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • Store credit issued upon receipt: Your Account.
